Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - Where are the multiplayer achievements?

While going through the CoD4:MW game on the XBox 360 this weekend, I noticed that there are no multiplayer achievements in the game. Every achievement is for the campaign mode, which is very surprising considering that a huge part of this Call of Duty game is the multiplayer part that Infinity Ward has been pushing so hard.

  1. Infinity Ward did this to stop the gamerscore whores who play multiplayer just to get the achievements , instead of playing the team game that it is…. i for one am glad they did this, anyone who plays halo3 will know this

  2. i strongly disagree.. if infinity ward wanted to push multiplayer so much tey SHOULD have done what Halo 3 should have done and add LONG TERM achievements(5000 heads shots, 5000 wins) this would give a gamer (such as myself) something to look foward to considering almost every1 on my list has gotten ll of the achievements in halo and are growing very bored of it, and it looks like COD:4 is gonna be the same deal….. LETS ALL HOLD HANDS AND PREY FOR SOME LONGTERM DLC! —for the noobs DLC= Downloadable Content—

  3. Man i totally agree with you, i think its a great idea for call of duty 4. I was just pissed with the serious acheivment. 10000 kills when theres only 4 people on the other team
    i dont play that much

  4. I agree with McTowli3.
    There are many people who stuck with Gears of War for a long time to get ‘Seriously…’
    I was dissapointed with the lack of multiplayer achievements.

    I hope they give us some new achievments, and hopefully new maps!
