Customer happiness is only an afterthought in the world of The Retail Chain Store. As long as the company can get their dodos to take a customers money, it doesn't matter to them, how annoying they make you become or how retarded you make yourself look. If places like Eb/gamestop were really concerned with customer happiness they would carry hard to find older games in every store. ie. They would go the extra mile in every aspect of their business. And NO automated calls to remind you that they took your money for a preorder (and are earning interest on it) so you can pick up the game tommorrow doesnt count as the extra mile.
