See http://www.standup.org. I believe it is a very worthwhile endeavor, but coming from him it seems like closing the barn door after the horses got out. Maybe if the three "R's" of his new education reform was in effect when he went to college he might not have dropped out. But I doubt it. It is still worth looking into.
