Comcast tech falls asleep on the job
June 21, 2006 on 8:38 pm | In comcast, funny, video |Imagine waiting at home for a Comcast tech to come out to replace a faulty cable modem. As if waiting for the tech to get there is not aggravating enough by itself, once he finally arrives, he spends an hour on hold on the phone with Comcast’s central office, and falls asleep in the process.. On your couch.
What do you do? You Record it, of course, and make a tribute video out of it.

Actually man, he was on hold to get the central office to ping the Modem, that’s not going the extra mile, that’s part of the job.. however it’s not the techs fault he was on hold for an hour.
