Blockbuster is being a poor sport. Haven't they ever heard of competition? All Blockbuster has to do is match Netflix's service and selection, or do it one better, and the people will come. Just wandering through the neighborhood - saw your headline on popurls.com. p.s I was an AOL subscriber back in the 90's, I had problems canceling back then too!
