so I’ve read all the aboe posts and from what i can get is this,

Release: somewhere between early october – late november probly earlier in japan considering all counsels have been though they have been sliming down, game cube was only 2 months apart so if the keep the same time apart that will leave a june/july release in japan…

Price: all they’ve said is that it will be cheaper then the other counsels, which means under $300, but all their other nintendo counsels came out at $199 so if you estimate and say they have to raise their prices because its next gen, you get somewhere around $250 (thats U.S. dollars)

so those are most of the facts dwell and dog on them all you want but hey atleast I’m not posting whats unknown!

It was cute hearing everyone argue. It will come out when it comes out and we will all be first in line to buy it. As for price… whatever. It has been a few years since gamecube was released so there is no problem spending some dough on the Wii. Some one also asked if it can play gamecube games and the answer is yes. It plays the 12 cm disk Wii games along with the 8 cm gamecube disk and that was on the official Wii site. You will also be able to download your favorite games from n64, super nes, and ol skool nintendo. How hot is that?

No more than $250 in the states. Actual release date will be anounced in September, says Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo. Most likely it will be released in October. Every system that Nintendo has ever released came out in Perfect timing to the competition. Lets face it, PS3 is going to fail… Miserably… The PSP has already begun to fail due to how awesome the DS is. Plus, all PSP games are just crappy ports of PS2 games. So lets just all calm down and be patient, were all going to get a Wii. How could we not?
