Halo 3 Wishlist: By IGN
April 13, 2006 on 10:19 am | In Halo 3, video games | 2 CommentsBungie has been doing a great job keeping quiet about their “Next Project”. It seems that the less information that is out there, the more excited and hyped-up people get. Unfortunately, at this point, it’s almost certain that Halo 3, will not be released in 2006.
There has not been any official announcements made from Bungie or Microsoft yet, and we have seen some small hints indicating that we have to wait until next year. There is also no official word on what Bungie will call the game. There were some rumors that “Forerunner” would be the title of the next Halo game, but Bungie seems to have dismissed those rummors as an April Fools joke.
A 2007 release hopefully gives Bungie enough time to try and meet all the expectations for this next-gen blockbuster, but it also give us some extra time to come up with our wishlists… and IGN has done just that.
some of the things that IGN would like to see:
- Tighter single player design
- More vehicle usage
- The return of the Pistol
- A real ending
- Balanced Achievments

I think that in Halo 3 there should be a option that you can totally customize the weapons that you use on multiplayer maps. For example, say that you can have 15 guns on a map i would want to be able to customize all of them. And i also think that the squad controls would be very useful for being tactful in your missions. PLEASE put bots on multiplayer, because not everybody has XBOX LIVE. and it would also be good for people to practice before getting wasted on XBOX LIVE.
